Magnetic Chute:
Magnetic Chutes are used for separation of iron particles like nails,
pins, screws, washers along with fine iron, dust from sticky fine
powders without any hindrance to flow of material processed in
plastics. Food Grains, Chemicals, Pharma, Food colours, Powder
pigments, Gelatine powder processing industries. It is easy cleaning
type of system having conical magnet fitted on hinged door. It can
withstand high pressure and flow and therefore they are generally
fitted in square / round ducting in process line. The conical magnet
also acts as deflector which helps in spreading flow material thereby
improving separation efficiency of the system.
