Conveyor Metal Detector:
Ultra Search Metal detector are frequently supplied along with conveyor, food grade belt and appropriate automatic reject mechanism. Optional belt stop with audio / visual alarm.

The conveyor will be made to suit all the require conditions of metal detector.
Structure: As per your application requirement (M.S. or S.S.)
Belt: width and length as per your application's and requirement.
Speed of belt: 0.2 mtrs/Sec. or matching to your existing conveyor.
Adequate metal free zone will be provided.
Crompton motor 3 phase 1 HP, elicon gear box and siemens starter will br provided.
Guide plate will be provided on both side of belt.
Operating temp.: 5^oC to 45^oC.
